Wellness for Gen X, Y and Z at Work
Human resource professionals need to continually find new and innovative ways to meet the needs of every worker when it comes to benefits. This is especially true when it comes to wellness programmes. But for the first time ever, the workforce is now spanning five generations. Wellness can no longer be a one-size-fits-all solution as different generations will respond better to different features of a wellness programme.
