The way we live has such an impact on our health & wellness. Our range of Well in Body services are second to none and include our revolutionary BodyScore, our comprehensive gym management & range of running and exercise programmes, our highly successful smoking cessation course, and our diet & nutrition services and weight loss programmes & challenges.
We love it when we partner with clients on a long term basis, as it allows us to try to create a health movement. This can only be achieved if we focus on the small details. Our Running Coaches are specifically trained in motivation skills and are focused on running techniques to help participants avoid unnecessary injuries. Our Performance Nutritionists really understand the correlation between nutrition & exercise. Our fully qualified class instructors are dedicated to achieving result driven classes or workouts so that your team members see immediate benefits. However, our message is always about to keep going with the new habits long after an individual programme has finished.
Outcome based approach
We are proud of the results that we achieve. We are in a results business and we need to deliver it each and every time. Take our Call it Quits Smoking Cessation Programme., which has success in over 50% of participants. Remember this compares to 15% for Nicotine Replacement Therapy, 23% for GP Prescription drugs and 31% for the e -cigarette. We design each of our programmes with an outcome focus and we are pretty good at it.
Leading Wellness Experts
We can guarantee our team’s credentials in each and every programme we deliver. Whilst we have Dietitians and Nutritionists, we understand the difference in training and experience between them and so we use them very differently within our programmes. The same applies to how we use our fitness team which includes personal trainers, fitness instructors, running coaches and yoga & Pilates instructors, to name a few. We only use experts, we have no generalists.
Creating lasting health habits
We are focused on behavioural change. As an example, when our Sports Psychologists work with our fitness team to design a new fitness programme, they are always clear in their objectives. First, set a target and outcome based programme. Second, design it to maximise excitement and sign ups. Third, build sufficient motivation so that employees keep going & meet the target. Finally, to ensure that those great outcomes and healthy habits are maintained long after the programme has finished.
