Sleep

Poor sleep can cause damage to your body in the short term. Over time, it can lead to poor performance, mental health issues, and chronic health problems

Sleep

Tossing and turning all night is never fun. We’ve devised programmes to help ensure that employees wake up on the right side of the bed every day. Daily habits & bedtime routines are what determines employee sleeping patterns once they close their eyes. In our programmes, we provide practical techniques on healthy sleeping habits, and information on how to create a better sleep environment.

Many employee programmes focus on nutrition and exercise—but what about sleep? We consider sleep to be one of the main pillars of health. We want to help you to educate your employees about its importance, and provide diagnostic and treatment tools to help those who suffer from sleep apnea and insomnia. When you add a sleep component to your wellness programme, you will see results in the form of employees who are more alert, engaged, and productive.

Shift Workers

Shift work brings its own stresses and when everyone else is on a different schedule to your employees, trying to juggle work, life, family, friends, relationships, decisions, commitments, and more is enough to make any one person feel overwhelmed. This is why we have developed a number of seminars and webinars to ensure shift workers’ sleep habits and patterns are as healthy as non-shift workers.
