Workplace Emotional Wellbeing

Emotional wellbeing describes your employees mental state – how they are feeling and how well they can cope with the challenges of day-to-day life. Our emotional wellbeing can change from day to day, month to month, or year to year. If we have good emotional wellbeing (or good mental health), we are able to:

  • feel relatively confident in yourself
  • feel and express a range of emotions
  • feel engaged with the world around you
  • live and work productively
  • cope with the stresses of daily life and manage times of change and uncertainty
