Our EAP service is designed to assist your employees in dealing more effectively with their personal and work related problems and provide them with information. We redesigned our entire EAP service so that we could offer our clients an innovative EAP service that delivers the best clinical outcomes.
We offer unlimited access for your employees, their spouse or partner and any dependents over the age of 16 still living at home to a telephone helpline which is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Employees can also reach the service through our website, live chat, or via video counselling. This means that from an employee’s perspective, we can respond to their needs at any time, no matter where they are.
Our team also includes counsellors who can work therapeutically in Spanish, French, German, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Russian, Romanian, Ukrainian, Latvian, Hindi and Punjabi.

Counselling On Demand
Within our standard model, we provide access to 5 Face to Face counselling sessions. As our large team of fully qualified counsellors & psychotherapists is spread throughout Ireland, we can promise any employee a counsellor within a maximum distance of 30 miles from their home or workplace. Counselling is also available via telephone or secure video link.
To complement our traditional EAP service, we also provide one of the most advanced EAP services on the market with employees access our services and information via live chat, iOS and Android apps, web portal and video counselling.
Even though our nationwide team exceeds 200 Counsellors, Psychotherapists and Psychologists, we are very selective about who we work with. All our Counsellors are individually assessed, diverse, highly qualified and accredited Counsellors and are among the most highly trained, experienced and regarded therapeutic Psychologists in Ireland. We will always refer to those we deem clinically appropriate, irrespective of the cost to us.
