When it comes to exercise, finding the time, energy, or desire at the end of the day can all be a challenge. Our exercise programmes counteract these obstacles through fun, interactive ways to engage employees and keep them motivated.
Whether your employees are regular exercisers or only run for a bus, we have something to suit everyone, be it running programmes, Pilates classes, boot camps, workshops, marathon training, 1:1 coaching, sports nutrition advice, or on-site seminars to engage and motivate employees.
We can deliver these programmes on site, provided your company has the space to accommodate us, otherwise we can source a suitable location near you to facilitate your employees as best possible. All programmes are supported through email communication.
We have a highly motivated team of fitness instructors and personal trainers with a wide variety of skills and specialties. All our trainers have a QQI Level 5 at a minimum, while many have BA and MA qualifications in sports science, nutrition, and exercise and health. Our fitness experts will work hard with your employees to make all sessions both meaningful and enjoyable.
